Do I have to register to get into the site?

Yes, to get into the ProVision support website you must first register with Avaya as a ProVision user. To register, click on the New User? Register Now link, then click the link that with ProVision user details. For example, an Avaya Associate or contractor, or an Avaya BusinessPartner. The registration page is displayed. Once you have completed the process, click Submit. If you are an Associate or Contractor, you will receive an email containing your User ID and Password immediately. If you are a BusinessPartner we will review your application and after it is approved, send you an email containing your User ID and Password. You can expect to receive your User ID and Password within 72 hours.

I’m an Avaya Associate or contractor, how do I register?

Follow the New User? Register now link to register yourself as an individual user of the ProVision support website. Once the registration is submitted, you will receive an email immediately containing the User ID and Password you need to get into the site.

To Register,
  1. Click the New User? Register now link, then click the Avaya Associate or Contractor link to display the registration page.
  2. Enter POST Handle details in the field.
  3. Click Submit .
  4. You will receive an email from Avaya containing your User ID and Password.
  5. To log in, go back to the login page of the site, enter your User ID and Password and click Login.
I’m an Avaya BusinessPartner member, how do I register?

To register as a BusinessPartner you have to nominate a person within your company who will act as the ProVision administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of your licensing arrangements with Avaya.

To Register,
  1. Click the New User? Register now link on the login page, then click the Business Partner link to display the registration page.
  2. Enter the required details in Company and Administrator Details section.
  3. Click Submit.

Once your application has been reviewed, within 72 hours you will receive an email at the email address you entered, which contains the User ID and Password you need to get into the ProVision website.

Where do I go to get help with the ProVision Suite?
Worldwide ProVisioners can request assistance through the Avaya One Care Portal (OCP). Use one of the options below to access OCP:
When I log in the login page is displayed again?

To get previous login page you must have Cookies and Javascript enabled in your browser.


To enable Cookies and Javascript in Microsoft Internet Explorer,


  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab, then click Custom Level.
  3. Go through the list of security options until the Cookies entry is displayed.
  4. Click Enable for both types of cookies.
  5. Scroll down to the section entitled Scripting and click Enable for all three of the options.
  6. Click OK to close the window. To return to the main browser window click OK.

To enable cookies and Javascript in Netscape,


  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences option.
  2. Click Advanced option.
  3. Click Accept all cookies.
  4. Make sure that all the checkboxes with the word 'Java' in their title are selected.
  5. Click OK.
I’ve already registered but I am unable to log in

If you’ve already registered but now find that you can’t login, try entering your user ID and password again. Make sure that you enter them in exactly the same way they were presented in the email sent.


I've forgotten my password

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link on the login page. Your password will be reset and emailed to the email account we have on record for your ProVision login.
