Click Company Administration from the menu. This page is used to change the details about company. You can also change your own password and the details of your staff members who are registered as ProVision users.
Changing your password
To change your password,
- Go to Settings, then click Password Change.
- Enter current password in the Old Password field, then enter details in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Save.
Changing your company details
If you are a BusinessPartner Administrator, you can change the company details if required. To change your company details,
- Click Company Administration.
- Click in the fields you want to change and overtype the existing information, then click Save to store the changes.
Changing other staff members' details
To change the details of registered staff,
- Select Company Administration from the menu.
- Click Staff Administration.
- Click on the required staff member record from the list to change. The staff member’s details are displayed.
- Go to the fields you want to change and overtype the information displayed.
- Click Save, to save the changes. The list of staff members is displayed to make necessary changes.
Changing a staff member's password
To change a staff member’s password:
- Click Company Administration, then click Staff Administration.
- Click on the required staff member record from the list to change. The staff member’s details are displayed.
- Click Reset Password. A password is generated and automatically sent to the user.
Deleting a staff member
To remove required staff member record,
- Click Company Administration, then click Staff Administration.
- Click on the required staff member record from the list to change. The staff member’s details are displayed.
- Click Delete User.
